The most important thing in our life is our health. If our health is good, then everything in life works better, our mind is good and whatever work we do, we do it wholeheartedly and our mind is focused on every work. If a person has even a small problem, then he does not feel like doing any work and he remains very upset. Health is kept at the top because when there is health, then everything is there, otherwise everything is useless. Now if we talk about health, then one is mental health and the other is physical health. Mental health means how is our mind, is there any stress problem or tension of anything going on in our mind. If any kind of problem is going on in a person's mind, then we can say that his mental health is not good. On the other hand, physical health means that all the parts of our body are working in a better way and there is no problem in them. It is very important for us to maintain a balance between our physical and mental health because if there is no good balance, then we can have a lot of trouble.
There is a greater need to keep mental health fit than there is to keep physical health fit. I see that in today's time people do a lot of exercises to keep physical health fit, go to gym and do a lot of workouts but if we talk about mental health then no one wants to work on it and people are less aware about keeping mental health fit. Many people also work for mental health which is a good thing because they know how important it is. If your mind is not good then the body cannot remain fit. If your mental health is good then you will remain physically fit because your body will work in a better way. You can see for yourself that the day you are happy, your body works so well and if you try taking stress for a week, then you will see for yourself how much weakness has come in your body and gradually you will also start getting diseases. That is why it is most important to keep mental health fit first, after that even if you work a little on physical health, it will be fine but it is very important to keep mental health fit and both the health should be taken care of together, only then you can live a healthy life.
If we talk about mental health, then the best exercise for it is meditation and yoga. Both are such things that improve your mental health, you will not know, but if you do meditation yoga daily, then you will start getting mental peace, due to which you will get better results. If you do some basic yoga and meditation, then you will get better results in your body, after that you can learn new types of yoga. In today's time, it is very easy to teach these things because tutorials are available online for free, a person should have the passion to do it, he can do it anyhow. In today's era, people have a lot of stress and work related tension due to which their mental health remains poor and those people need to work on this thing because after a certain age, this thing invites diseases.
