All the people in this world have got different types of bodies. Some people are fat, some are thin, some are of medium size and every type of body has different things and overall, no person is perfect. Earlier this thing did not matter much but in today's time you must have seen that people are very serious about their physical body and they make many efforts to make it perfect like people do not eat normal food but eat many different types of food and do exercise and go to the gym and do many types of physical activities so that their body can mold itself in the way they want. The body is the identity of a person in itself and many times you must have seen that we recognize a person according to his body structure but whenever it happens that we meet that person after many years and he has changed his body by doing many physical activities, then we are not able to recognize him

Body positivity means that a person should accept the body he has been given and not keep any kind of negativity towards himself. Sometimes some people get a little less or more than the normal body and in such a situation people are very upset because people make fun of them and say many things to them and due to this they get very upset. Like you must have seen that if a child is very fat in school, then some naughty children repeatedly make fun of him and call him by many types of names. At the same time, there are some people who are very thin, then some people make fun of them too, similarly there are different types of people and the body structure of each one is different, but if people feel that it is not very normal, then some antisocial elements make fun of those people. This thing is absolutely wrong because if a person does this, then it creates an inferiority complex in the mind of that person, he is being made fun of.
Sometimes body positivity can be harmful for you. For example, suppose a person is very fat, then if he ignores what people say, then it is good, we can say that he is positive about his body, but excessive obesity can also make a person a victim of many diseases. A little obesity is okay, but if you are very obese, then it can be very dangerous after a certain age. Being positive about your body is a good thing, but ignoring things is not right, even if people are body shaming you jokingly, but you should think whether this thing is really worth making fun of and if people are making fun of it without any reason, then it is okay, but if you yourself feel that this thing is worth turning into a joke, then we can change it.
The second type of people are those who are physically fit but do not have a perfect body like a film actor, so they take this thing too seriously. For example, if a person is neither too fat nor too thin but does not have a good body shape, then he starts thinking of becoming like that person and does all sorts of things. Sometimes, one has to undergo wrong surgeries which cause more damage to the body and nowadays you people are taking various injections and surgeries to bring your body parts in shape, due to which their body comes in good shape but its side effects are very visible. You must have seen that people who are fond of bodybuilding take many types of supplements which cause a lot of harm to the body. It is a good thing to love your own body, but if you feel that there are some shortcomings and they need to be improved then you must do it.
