As soon as we wake up in the morning, our hands first go to the screen of the mobile phone. At night, till we fall asleep, our hands are on the mobile phone. It would not be wrong to say that we are stuck to the screen from morning to evening. We do not realize this thing, but using the screen so much causes stress and many things happen like headache, burning sensation in the eyes, etc. A person feels that it is happening due to some other reason, but the main reason is this. If you do a job where you have to stay in front of the screen from morning to evening, then your stress level will increase even more because you stay in front of the screen for about 12 to 15 hours out of 24 hours.

If we see, apart from work, there are many other things that we do on mobile phones or computers and this is the thing that wastes the most time. As you must have seen, children play so many games on mobile phones, which also increases their screen time, similarly some people use social media which does not let you know the time. You just scroll a page and you don't know how many pages you scroll one after the other and you do not know the time. If you are scrolling so much within a short time, then how much impact it will have on your mind and how much stress will increase in your eyes, you may not know this, but only those who know about it know how much stress it causes. Nowadays I see that children who cannot even talk properly are the most addicted to mobile phones, they have become so addicted to mobile phones that they do not even eat food without mobile phones. This is not right at all because by doing this we are playing with their mental health. It is very important to stop them because if they continue with such habits, then there can be very bad consequences in the future. They are poor little children, they have no understanding of good and bad, but it is the duty of their parents to guide them in the right way.

Well, the time that you have to give to the screen and it is very important, we can give that time to the screen but the time that we waste on the screen, we can control it. Along with this, there are some things that we can do in between so that our stress level does not increase too much.

Now, although it is a bit difficult to stay away from the screen in today's time, but we can try little by little, like we will stay without smartphone for a few hours in a day. Suppose you come from office and after that you immediately start looking at the screen, then this is also wrong in a way and instead of that you can do this that you can talk to your family for some time, so that you will also stay away from the screen and you will have a good bond with your family.

Whenever you have a holiday at the end of the week, you can do many things apart from the screen like gardening at home or you can plan a trekking trip with friends and apart from this you can do many other things at home but what people do is that they use the screen more on weekends, they feel that we are just watching a web series so will this increase the stress but it is not so, if you keep looking at the screen continuously then the stress definitely increases.

You should only use the screen as much as you feel is necessary and if your work is such that you have to sit in front of the screen for a long time, then you can take small breaks in between and along with this you can do some small exercises for your eyes so that the stress level can be reduced a bit because it is very difficult to turn off the screen completely but if we keep making small efforts then we will definitely see some difference.

If there are small children in your house and they have also become addicted to mobile phones, then you have to save them from this addiction because it is very dangerous and who knows what it can do to the minds of children. This is not at all good for the mental health of children because once they get addicted to the phone, it is very difficult to get rid of it and we ourselves cannot get the children out of it.

If you are very addicted to mobile phone then you can find some alternatives like you can read a good book or you can do some physical activity so that you do not need mobile phone and you can work on your body so that your health will also remain good and you will not get addicted. We do not feel this thing but if you try using mobile phone for a very long time, you will yourself know how much stress level increases due to this.
