Mental health is that state of well-being that requires emotional and psychological attention.
When we feel mentally tired, we just have to find someone to talk to. It may be friends or family members. I'm another case, going out with friends can ease your mental state from bad to great. Chilling out with them can make you free your thoughts and can bring back that very person you once wanted to be like. Your true nature would evolve instead of the present state you find yourself in.
Remember that for someone whose mental state is not good, staying or sleeping at home frequently cannot solve the problem. Although resting can solve some cases of worse mental health.
WHILE
Physical health is that state of well-being during which we have to build, make neat, and take good care of our bodies. It can be either eating good food, or carrying out exercise, or the like.
There is a total similarity between these two words, mental and physical health. In a real sense, we must find a way to strike a balance between these two just for one not to affects the other and for the two to stand as one.
Carrying out exercise

This would be the best that can stand between these two words. If you want your physical state to be balanced, then exercise is just the way out. On the other hand, carrying out exercise can ease or relieve you of your worries. One may be worried about something that may bring a sad mood, which may result in bad health or may alter your health. Then the best thing to do is to carry out exercise. This can put you in a good state and from an unhappy mood to a happy one. Frequently carrying out exercise can help build up your body and fight against unwanted disease or prevent some kinds of diseases from entering the body. It can also help in the aspect of burning fat in the body.
The exercise may not necessarily be to run or to carry a heavy weight. It may be to take a long-distance walk from your house to a certain distance and back to your house. It may even be carrying out press-ups some number of times.

We have foods that are not balanced, while some are balanced. So, we just have to focus on balancing our food in terms of a balanced diet. Making it possible to eat the right food at the right time, and also including the principle of balancing our food, should be the best. We all know that eating carbohydrates only every day is not palatable to the healthy. It can harm our body both physically and mentally.
Resting/Relaxing

This is another state of well-being that can lighten up our mind mentally and physically. We do t have to be sad always. We just need to have a rest after a long day of work. This will make us look refreshed.
I could remember clearly when my husband came back from work at his former place of work. He always looked exhausted. After work, he has to teach some students again. This alone was affecting his mental and physical state. He was deteriorating gradually. I have to let him know that the rest of important. He does not rest at all; instead, he would engage in teaching, and even if needed, he would teach at midnight. The only time he has to rest is at night.
When I made him quit that job, he found another one that gave him less stress. He now rests more when compared to before. No more frequent headaches, no more frequent sickness.
So, to balance these two prompts, one just needed to rest, carry out exercise, and eat good food. These are necessary.
