Hagamos que nuestra vida sea un viaje sin prisa 💞(Es/En)

Feliz tarde mis queridos amigos de Hive. Les extiendo un cariñoso saludo que les envío con un deseo sincero de que se encuentren bien. Es un placer estar aquí con ustedes, en esta comunidad maravillosa que es mi hogar. Cada semana nuestra amiga @angelica7 nos motiva a crecer en sentido emocional para de esta manera potenciar nuestros talentos. En esta oportunidad el tema para abordar se trata de cómo vemos las pausas. La comunidad @empowertalent es una catapulta que nos impulsa a meditar con el propósito de ser mejores personas. Por aquí les dejo mi publicación. >Good afternoon, my dear friends at Hive. I send you my warmest regards and sincerely hope that you are all well. It is a pleasure to be here with you, in this wonderful community that is my home. Every week, our friend @angelica7 motivates us to grow emotionally in order to enhance our talents. On this occasion, the topic to be addressed is how we view breaks. The @empowertalent community is a catalyst that encourages us to meditate with the goal of becoming better people. Here is my post.  La vida es un viaje lleno de aventuras, en ocasiones tenemos gratas e ingratas sorpresas pero detenerse en cualquiera de los dos escenarios es una parte indispensable para disfrutar de este viaje. Cada pausa que tomamos para observar con detenimiento el horizonte y meditar en cómo estamos haciendo las cosas es vital para continuar el viaje con alegría. Obviamente, no siempre tendremos ante nosotros el mejor paisaje, sin embargo, de esos paisajes que no son tan llamativos aprendemos lecciones valiosas que nos fortalecen y renuevan nuestras fuerzas para continuar. Es imposible no dejar de mencionar el cansancio que genera el ruido de la sociedad, una expectativa que tarda por cumplirse, una jornada larga de trabajo, una circunstancia adversa, esto y otros factores pueden hacer que este viaje por la vida sea más un acto de sobrevivencia que de vivir a plenitud, por ende, es estrictamente necesario hacer pausas puntuales para renovarnos y continuar disfrutando. >Life is a journey full of adventures. Sometimes we encounter pleasant surprises and sometimes unpleasant ones, but pausing in either scenario is an essential part of enjoying this journey. >Every pause we take to carefully observe the horizon and meditate on how we are doing things is vital to continuing the journey with joy. Obviously, we will not always have the best scenery before us, but from those landscapes that are not so striking, we learn valuable lessons that strengthen us and renew our strength to continue. >It is impossible not to mention the fatigue generated by the noise of society, an expectation that takes time to be fulfilled, a long day at work, an adverse circumstance. These and other factors can make this journey through life more an act of survival than of living fully. Therefore, it is strictly necessary to take timely breaks to renew ourselves and continue enjoying life.  En este viaje de la vida a veces sentimos que estamos solos, generalmente esta sensación viene cuando la nostalgia nos invade o quizás un recuerdo triste, no obstante, nos tenemos a nosotros mismos y siempre existirá alguien más sabio que nosotros que nos ayudará, aunque al momento no percibamos su ayuda, en todo momento hay alguien que nos tenderá la mano o nos ofrecerá su hombro para descansar. En otras ocasiones nosotros seremos quienes tiendan esa ayuda al cansado, puede ser para darle alguna sugerencia o bien sea solo para escucharlo. Todo amerita una pausa, pausas revitalizantes, pausas que nos muestran que somos humanos, con aciertos y desaciertos pero con corazones bonitos. Las pausas no son un fracaso, son una oportunidad para crecer en cualidades y tomar impulso para vivir con alas, volando en libertad, sin ataduras ni temores, viendo una luz pura y tenue en un mundo lleno de tinieblas. Hay un dicho que afirma: "Del apuro queda el cansancio", no tengo idea de quien es su autor, simplemente lo he escuchado a través de los años y hasta yo misma lo he repetido porque considero que es cierto. Los afanes nos agotan e impiden que nos nutramos de las cosas más importantes, hasta el punto de llegar a dar por sentado lo que verdaderamente da sentido a nuestras vidas. Mientras que ir poco a poco nos da la oportunidad de visualizar el panorama completo a fin de aprender, disfrutar y sentir. Entiendo que cada quien va a su ritmo, debe ser así, sin embargo, la ventaja de ir poco a poco es que nos da tiempo de hacer pausas necesarias que nos enriquecerán. >On this journey of life, we sometimes feel alone. This feeling usually comes when we are overcome by nostalgia or perhaps a sad memory. However, we have ourselves, and there will always be someone wiser than us who will help us, even if we do not perceive their help at the moment. At all times, there is someone who will lend us a hand or offer us a shoulder to lean on. >On other occasions, we will be the ones offering that help to the weary, whether it be to give them some advice or just to listen to them. Everything deserves a pause, revitalizing pauses, pauses that show us that we are human, with successes and failures, but with beautiful hearts. Pauses are not a failure; they are an opportunity to grow in qualities and gain momentum to live with wings, flying freely, without ties or fears, seeing a pure and dim light in a world full of darkness. >There is a saying that goes, “Haste makes waste.” I have no idea who said it, I have simply heard it over the years and even repeated it myself because I believe it to be true. Haste exhausts us and prevents us from nourishing ourselves with the most important things, to the point of taking for granted what truly gives meaning to our lives. Taking things slowly gives us the opportunity to visualize the whole picture in order to learn, enjoy, and feel. I understand that everyone moves at their own pace, and that's how it should be. However, the advantage of taking things slowly is that it gives us time to take necessary breaks that will enrich us.  Actualmente tránsito este viaje con mi novio, nos ha costado un poco acoplarnos para ir a un ritmo que nos beneficie a ambos pero por las payasa que hemos realizado lo hemos logrado. Continuamos en este sendero con el objetivo de disfrutar cada momento 💗 >I am currently traveling on this trip with my boyfriend. It has taken us a while to adjust to a pace that suits us both, but thanks to the clowning around we have done, we have managed it.
