Poniéndole corazón a mi trabajo (Es/En)

Feliz tarde mis queridos amigos de Hive. Les extiendo un cariñoso saludo que va junto a un gran deseo de que cada uno de ustedes se encuentre bien. Es un placer estar nuevamente dejando plasmado un poquito de mi historia de vida con anécdotas llenas de lecciones en cada espacio que me brinda esta plataforma. Espero que sea de su agrado leer mi publicación y mejor aun que puedan sacarle provecho. >Happy afternoon my dear friends of Hive. I extend a warm greeting that goes along with a great desire that each of you are well. It is a pleasure to be again leaving a little bit of my life story with anecdotes full of lessons in each space that gives me this platform. I hope you enjoy reading my publication and even better that you can take advantage of it.  Soy maestra pero por razones económicas dejé de dar clases en los colegios y comencé a dar tareas dirigidas en mi casa. Por cierto, dejé de trabajar con las tareas dirigidas durante la pandemia y las retomé hace poco. Pensé que no iba a volver a trabajar con niños porque me había dedicado a Hive y a algunos emprendimientos, sin embargo, volví al trabajo y me ha ido muy bien porque he conectado mucho con los niños. Me hace muy feliz que un niño me haga saber que me quiere y que le agrada que sea su maestra, pero me gusta cuando lo hacen de manera espontánea y con la creatividad que los caracteriza. Precisamente hoy una de las niñas me trajo una pequeña nota que dice: "Eres la mejor maestra del mundo" 😍 me emocioné mucho porque es una de las niñas un poquito más serias, tengo otras que son cariñosas pero cuando un niño o niña que no le es fácil expresar sus sentimientos llega con un gesto como este me hace muy pero muy feliz. >I am a teacher but for economic reasons I stopped teaching in schools and started giving homework assignments at home. By the way, I stopped working with homework during the pandemic and recently resumed it. I thought I wasn't going to go back to working with children because I had dedicated myself to Hive and some ventures, however, I went back to work and it has been going very well because I have connected so much with the children. >It makes me very happy when a child lets me know that they love me and that they like me to be their teacher, but I like it when they do it spontaneously and with the creativity that characterizes them. Just today one of the girls brought me a little note that says: “You are the best teacher in the world” 😍 I was very excited because she is one of the girls a little more serious, I have others who are affectionate but when a child who is not easy to express their feelings comes with a gesture like this makes me very, very happy.    Siempre me han gustado los niños por múltiples razones, entre las cuales están su inocencia, ocurrencias y sinceridad. En mi trabajo me esfuerzo por ser otra niña más pero con autoridad. Aunque hacemos tareas y los ayudo a entender algunos objetivos de matemáticas, lectura, escritura, entre otros temas, también les canto y juego con ellos. A veces se sorprenden mucho cuando ven que comienzo a jugar con ellos porque no se lo esperan y de esta manera con mucho cariño he logrado tener buenos resultados. >I have always liked children for many reasons, among which are their innocence, witticisms and sincerity. In my job I strive to be just another child but with authority. Even though we do homework and I help them to understand some math, reading, writing and other subjects, I also sing and play with them. Sometimes they are very surprised when they see that I start to play with them because they do not expect it and in this way with much affection I have achieved good results.  Un par de semanas atrás, una de las niñas que se caracteriza por ser muy cariñosa me había traído una nota muy bonita y aunque me alegré muchísimo, la niña de hoy casi me hace llorar. Debido a la diferencia de personalidades uno intuye quién es capaz de hacer algo bonito y quién no, no obstante, cuando me sorprenden los niños más reservados, siento que pese a lo que pueda pensar negativo sobre mi trabajo, algo estoy haciendo bien. En ocasiones el síndrome del impostor me visita y llego a pensar que no lo hago bien, pero estos pequeños detalles que para mí son gigantes me conmueven y apaciguan esos pensamientos. Esto me incentiva a seguir trabajando con cariño y mucho amor. Poniéndole corazón a todo lo que hago. Si lo hacemos así, los resultados llegarán el día que menos esperamos y será un bálsamo refrescante y agradable para nuestras vidas. >A couple of weeks ago, one of the girls who is characterized by being very affectionate had brought me a very nice note and although I was overjoyed, today's child almost made me cry. Because of the difference in personalities one senses who is capable of doing something nice and who is not, however, when I am surprised by the more reserved children, I feel that despite what I may think negatively about my work, I am doing something right. Sometimes the impostor syndrome visits me and I come to think that I am not doing it right, but these small details that are giants for me move me and appease those thoughts. This encourages me to continue working with affection and a lot of love. Putting heart into everything I do. If we do it this way, the results will come the day we least expect and it will be a refreshing and pleasant balm for our lives.   La vida suele estar abarrotada de problemas, en ocasiones son tantos que impiden que valoremos los detalles. Lo he aprendido por experiencia y continuo aprendiendo, cada pequeño gesto de cariño que reciba de parte de mis alumnos o de cualquier persona es una recompensa que merece ser celebrada y tatuada en mi memoria como un lindo recuerdo que nutre mi alma. Mi meta es ser más feliz cada día que pasa y luchar por encontrar grandes diamantes en los pequeños detalles, estos son los que realmente valdrán la pena al final del día, porque se convierten en recuerdos que no solo van definiendo tu historia de vida, sino que dicen mucho de la clase de personas que somos. Es hermoso dejar una fragancia agradable como recuerdo, sobre todo en los niños. >Life is usually full of problems, sometimes there are so many that prevent us from valuing the details. I have learned from experience and continue to learn, every small gesture of affection that I receive from my students or anyone else is a reward that deserves to be celebrated and tattooed in my memory as a nice memory that nourishes my soul. >My goal is to be happier with each passing day and to strive to find big diamonds in the small details, these are the ones that will really pay off at the end of the day, because they become memories that not only define your life story, but say a lot about the kind of people we are.
