Saludos amigos de Hive y SWC mi nombre es Abraham Sánchez (@abrahamjsr), y hoy vengo a compartir con ustedes uno de los ejercicios estático conocido dentro de la disciplina Street Workout como handstand, también lo conocen con otros nombres como pino, la vertical o su traducción en español parada de mano (handstand).

Para lograr dicho estático como lo es el handstand básicamente necesitaremos fortalecer los Hombros, Tríceps, muñecas y abdominales, ya que dicho estático consiste en colocarnos en vertical y que todo el peso de nuestro cuerpo caerán sobre nuestras muñecas siendo ayudad con nuestros hombros, de esta manera sera posible aguantar varios segundos en esta posición.
To achieve this static as is the handstand basically need to strengthen the shoulders, triceps, wrists and abdominals, as this static is to stand upright and that all the weight of our body will fall on our wrists being ayudad with our shoulders, thus it will be possible to hold several seconds in this position.
