AD Business Go Bad

Everyone visits the internet. And the main fundamental of using the internet is basically searching for something on a search engine which is 90% of the time, Google. Then clicking on a link. Then you visit that website and you get your information and then you leave. That is roughly how the internet works. And now there seems to be a problem. The search engine of course. And how do they make money? They make money by showing us ads. So the more people are on the internet and clicking through links and visiting websites. The more ads these companies can show us and they can earn from those ads. Now that we have AI chat bots who have the ability to search the web are not counted as human users and thus are not counted as valid viewers of ads now. Suppose there are 10 people who would use the internet as we have always done. They then watch one ad each so that is 10 ads watched total. The search engine and the owner of the website gets money for 10 ads. Not fast forward today. Let's say five of those 10 people use AI to do their searching for them. Since AI is not considered a human viewer so the viewed ads count gets down to five. Now those companies get half the money for the same search. So it's those same 10 people still doing the same 10 searches and getting the same 10 information, but companies are getting half the money for it. So this is where the problem is for them. They are not getting the same money they used to from internet usage of regular people. And that is exactly the reason why Google put out a press release a few days ago saying that internet traffic is lowering. There are less people actually browsing the web and that is a problem for them. So basically these corporate companies are complaining that they can't make money because this new technology is making our lives easier. Probably they're going to sue someone to get revenge on these.
