Hello everyone. I hope you're all doing well. Today there was a power outage in my place and at the time I was just sitting in a corner because I had nothing to do. It was night time so there was even less stuff to do at that time. So it got me thinking exactly how much I am addicted or dependent on modern technology. Let's talk about it. Let's explore how much technology has us dancing to its tunes. And how much we can live without it. And might acknowledge you. I particularly mean the internet, our smartphones or computers. Basically anything with a processor on it.

So starting off I myself am a computer science student. For me of all people, these technological things such as computers and phones are a must. I just need to use them for my degree from learning my trade and everything. So I guess using them more than the average person I tend to appreciate life. Without these more, we all have a life outside our phones and our laptops and computers. Alive outside sitting on a desk. Staring at a screen where we touch grass. Talk to people and try enjoying nature, which is what we were supposed to do. This reminds me of the time when I was offline for a number of reasons. One of which was that I was out of my home. And in that time I didn't have much time to spend in front of the screen via the phone or laptop and I spent more time with actual people. And looking at actual things that are real and right in front of us. And I guess that was a very good feeling. It was a sense of calmness and a sense of leisure.
No, I know all of you have your own lives and you all like to spend it in a way that you all seem best. But this is a humble suggestion from someone who is generally staring at a screen all the time. And I would like to say that please give life a chance. If you're one of those who are really spending a large majority of your time in front of a screen, then please try to look elsewhere. Give your eyes some rest and show it some real things that are right in front of you instead of on the screen where thousands and thousands upon small blinking LEDs are trying to make a picture. The real life outside these technological bubbles are actually fun and they're much more peaceful.
