Went to the inlaws after lunch on Saturday. Then headed back to town central. There was an event at the open space at HDB Hub and the Media Corp celebrities were on stage.

There was a presentation and a breakout session and we participated in a group discussions. How to prepare for retirement? One of thing I said was invest early in equities and bonds and if you can afford if buy cryptos instead of Toto. The MP who as the guest of honor quoted me saying “buy cryptos instead of toto" at the the fireside chat.

After the event, I drove to pick up my wife and drove to Ikea Tampines. Going to get dinner before some shopping but it was crowded.

Found some seats at the outdoor area. They had some lights hung at the window, but either the Ikea lights or the Ikea timer switch wasn't working. That's why the place looked a bit romantic.
