It started raining about five hours ago, and it’s still pouring as I type this post. It was pretty gloomy when I woke up, and no surprise—today was never gonna be a sunny day, as the forecast warned us yesterday.
It’s kinda wild how one day it’s like 31 degrees Celsius, and the next you’re barely hitting 20...Bitcoin was starting to heat up early this morning, briefly climbing past $113,000, but as the rain kicked in, the rally fizzled out, and it’s now trading a few hundred bucks below $111,000.
What a dump :))...September’s usually a rough month for crypto and equities, but gold’s killing it, hitting a new all-time high today at just over $3,600 per ounce. Bet Peter Schiff is stoked about it. Dude’s been predicting Bitcoin’s demise forever, but it’s still kicking.
In fact, adoption’s doing pretty damn well, if you ask me. I opened a bank account at Raiffeisen a couple of days ago, and while poking around in their internet banking app, I noticed something that made me grin.
They’ve got an investments section within the app, and the first option you see when you pop in there is Bitpanda. Bitpanda’s a local crypto exchange, and it’s the first investment option in Raiffeisen’s app.
No bank in Romania has anything like this integrated into their app. So, seeing Austria taking solid steps toward mass crypto adoption is kinda encouraging.
I’m basically broke for buying crypto right now, but once I start working and we get some dips on BTC, I’m planning to toss a few euros into it every month. Gonna self-custody for sure...
It’s been eight years since I jumped into crypto, and though I haven’t made life-changing money yet, I’m proud to be part of this industry, watching it grow since 2017 (probably the wildest bull market we’ve ever seen).
Q4 of 2025 could be life-changing, like 2021 and 2017 were... Not betting my house on it, though. Haven’t quit this game yet either... Just chilling, waiting to see what life’s got in store for me.
