The local festivities are over now, after four days of noise (some call that music), barbecue smoke, and tons of fair-type distractions. I’m not a fan of all that, tbh.
The only thing I enjoyed watching last night was the fireworks show, which was pretty neat, imo. Nothing spectacular, but overall a decent dance of lights in the sky.
What I hate most after these festivities is the amount of garbage left behind by the folks selling food or whatever. The mayor’s office could’ve done a proper street cleanup before reopening it, but…Nah, the fuckers didn’t bother because they don’t care. All they cared about was getting elected, and now they just pretend the town’s doing great and changes are happening.
In reality, they’re all wolves in sheep’s clothing. No doubt about it. I voted for the current mayor, but that was the last time I’ll hit the polls. Never again.
Anyway…I’m five days away from leaving my hometown and moving to Austria. While I know I’ll miss some things around here, I’m also stoked to switch things up.
I feel the need to rebrand myself, to start a new journey, take on fresh responsibilities, score some wins for my personal finances, and do my best to level up my life.
I know it won’t be easy, but I also know that tackling shit without expectations is often less stressful and more rewarding. That’s my plan—just going with the flow of life.
Hopefully, the crypto market pulls through in Q4, ‘cause man, this has been one of the worst bull markets I’ve ever seen. I had such high hopes and got fed a ton of disappointment.
I guess I should’ve approached my crypto investments with the same mindset as my move. Life’s full of surprises, and we’re probably not done yet…That’s it from me for now. Wishing you all a great day, and I’ll catch up with you next time.
Thanks for your attention,
Adrian
