Hello my amazing friends in agricultural mindset community. How are you doing? I believe that by now all farmers should be smiling because it is from one harvest to another.
For today I want to share this local beans that I noticed we can actually plant it at the back of our house even when we don't have much space on our land. All it needs is a tree close to it or any other plants that can grow very tall so that it can grow on it. It doesn't ask for much space, just a little and we are good to go.
The name of Butter beans or Eggon beans. The reason it is called the Eggon beans is because the use it for their traditional wedding. That is the food that the groom must provide before he is given the bride. It is prepared with black benniseed, palm oil and 🐐 goat meat.
The reason why I am showing it to the house is because you can make money out of it, and is very expensive in the market today. If you are able to plant a little of it, when you harvest it, you sell it out to those who are using it. You don't really have to know how to eat it before planting it. Is a way of doing business.
