¡Hola comunidad de HIVE y SWC!. Para esta oportunidad presento algunas fotografías donde realizó primeramente unos aguantes de touch Front Lever almenos 5 a 7 segundos y aguantes de front al final aproximadamente unos 10 segundos y finalizando con preses de alguna variación de plancha en este caso fue half de plancha junto con 90 degree Push Up para fortalecer.
