Happy Sunday everyone 💖 It's another day of the weekend, the last day actually before the start of a new work week. So let's dive into the topic review for today on Eating Healthy.
When we eat, it's not about the fact that we eat alone but on the basis of eating healthy. Eating Healthy doesn't even now necessarily mean probably we are eating balanced diet or a dietician proposed a time table meal for us to follow on to having a healthy meal structure but healthy eating in the sense that we work to provide what we take into our stomach. It's not about having the list of food you must or must not eat.
It is an order from God that out of our sweat shall we eat. He did not say wait for the product of others sweat so you can eat. When you solely rely on people's sweat and struggle to live on without struggling to work hard, and put food on your table then you are not eating healthy.
If you're not labouring to bring food to your table then You're not eating healthy.
There was an instance from the video about people not having necessary exercises after eating, most especially people who work in office settings. There's no room for exercise and everything they eat just get to sit down in their body system with no move for digestion which later causes some health issues affecting the heart, digestive system or turning them to obesity. So everything from both getting what to eat and after eating, God doesn't want us to stay idle or being lazy because we think we have it all around us as provisions from him through one or more person.
We must ensure that we sweat, eat from that sweat and not just relying on another man's bread. It's not a bad thing to get support from close people if we deem fit but there are some people who have turned it to be the habit and title of tasking but can't be tasked which is not quite good enough.
In as much as the economy isn't fair enough, we can always try to live better and trying our best to be independently healthy based on this topic review.
In between, let's be mindful of what we take in. Health issues are real as little as experiencing Obesity
I'll be dropping my pen here on MCGICARES community prompt, to share my insights on Brother Eli's teaching.
