Happy Sunday everyone and trust we had a great day before God today.

So today I'll be sharing my insights on the MCGI TOPIC of how Adam sinned against God.

Most of us today would always pin the grave mistake of Adam on either the serpent or the wife, Eve. In this lecture and from the bible, we were made to understand how God created everything in 5 days and on the 6th day he created a man which is Adam to have dominion over everything God has created, with the privilege to name every animal or plants that God has created and also with an instruction not to eat out of the tree of knowledge of the good and bad.

He was the one who God gave the instruction and is expected to follow the mandate so it was not about the fruit he ate but the fact that he disobeyed and transgressed against the instruction he was given which had become a law.

Disobedience is one grace sin that makes us lose our relationship with God either directly or indirectly and we must be careful and watchful so that we don't get cut off from God because we fail to obey his instructions that he has given us.

In our personal journey with God, wife may be appear to be a distraction, friends may be the agent of distraction or even children but one thing remains static and certain that God knows who he gave his instruction and mandate to. Though the distractions may get their own part of the punishment of disobedience but the one who God gave the instruction to get to suffer more except if Mercy intervenes.

Scar can never be like an unwounded part so even when we're later forgiven, the scar of being punished for our disobedience remains.

Thanks for reading through 🤗
