It's just so surprising how we ended up getting scared of midnight than the day. Probably because of the darkness and the sounds that comes out so loudly because of the silence everywhere but the dangers that flows during the day is so much more than the midnight yet we are unable to realize the calmness and serenity that comes with midnight.
Though some people get to make use of the darkness at midnight for wicked acts and some of us have had our traumas through incidents that happened at midnight that could have possibly been prevented if it was during the day.
I think I love my sleep at midnight because it makes me escape thinking so deep about things happening around me because staying awake at midnight, there will be no noise to distract me from my thoughts if I were to start going deeper unlike during the day where something could possibly distract me.
Just like this present moment at 3:14am of the night, I'm awake and unable to sleep back because one or two is flashing through my mind and I just had to discuss it with my maker.
Thinking about how to take my life forward, re-strategize on making things better even if I'm kind of as clueless as a day old chick on what or how exactly I'm to go about that after some trials.
I'm not aiming so big but I just want it more. Having to live a comfortable life and also the people I care about but I feel like it's all going too slow and it at times feel like one is not doing it the right way or doing it enough as it should be but one thing is what I keep telling myself that I am trying my best and as long as I am trying my best then I'll get to that aimed destination someday".
Being a midnight owl tonight again and rounding up now hopefully at 04:04 WAT, I'll be dropping my 🖊️ here
