I had to post today just due to the sheer volume of steps taken and calories burned. It was a bit of a trifecta with a lot of walking, some running, and even swimming.
I suppose it’s because I had a little bit of a cheat day this past weekend so I was feeling guilty and wanted to make sure I could burn off those extra calories. Going to continue to go hard the next couple of days before taking a trip where who knows how much I’ll be able to stick to discipline and routine.
