In this video, I finish the series looking at all the new Conclave Arcana reward cards. This time the focus is on the Dragon and Neutral elements and I have to say there are some extremely powerful cards. My favorite is probably the Saltwraith Pirate as it offers Bloodline Tribute to other Rodentians which are littered all over the place - especially with many older cards. Which one is your favorite?
