it is so hard when you don't know what you want to eat, I am sick And my appetite was truly affected, yesterday I started to search for which food I should eat to regain my appetite. But I know even if I research if my taste buds will not approve that, all useless hehe!
And today, I craved Creamy Baked Macaroni and Chicken Empanada. Hehehe and of course I still don't have the energy to cook because until now, I still feel dizzy..and only want to sleep as much as possible the doctor said I need another week of good rest but not as bedridden but more than enough sleep and rest..to regain my energy.
So I ordered from online delivery the time it came into my mind, Hehehe because I was afraid I might lose my appetite again.
CREAMY BAKED MACARONI
I loved the taste of this Creamy Baked Macaroni. so yummy..tasty and creamy..there was a bit of spicy taste and the herbs had a distinct taste..then the beef was so tender..it was not so oily..taste was just right..perfect to my liking.
I finished half of the bowl and I left some for my snacks Hehehe..yet still, I don't have the appetite for other food, but it was an improvement and I hope I will be well completely.
CHICKEN EMPANADA
And here is the chicken empanadas, it was also so yummy hehe but I only had one piece Hehehe. Because I was already full at that time. It's easy to prepare and cook this recipe, I will cook this one and post it here one day!
It was truly a hard time for me. I was emotionally and physically down, emotionally down because I missed my Mom.. hehe. I never expected myself to be that emotional anyway.
So that was all the delicious foods I craved today after I got bedridden for almost a week and until now still advised to have continued complete rest.
