What I used this time is a block-shaped one that I found at home centers, which coco fiber is solidly rounded for seeding.
The coconut fiber is wrapped in thin paper, scraps of coconuts etc. are not scattered and handling is easy.
I plant seeds here and grow seedlings.

今回使用したのは、ホームセンターで見つけた、種まき用にココヤシを丸く固めたブロック状のもの。
薄い紙で包まれていて、ココヤシの屑などが飛び散ることもなく、取り扱いがラクです。
ここに種を蒔いて、苗を育てます。

1. このココヤシブロックを紙で包まれたまま、水に浸す。
1. ココヤシブロックに十分水を吸わせて膨らませる。
1. トップのくぼみの部分に種を蒔き、直射日光の当たらない明るい場所で発芽させる。
1. 発芽したら、紙を剥がさずそのまま土に植え付ける。

Therefore, I cut a 2 L size plastic bottle and made a tray.
I placed a coconut block there and absorbed a lot of water.
We confirmed that the coconut block bulged sufficiently and planted seeds.
種まき用のトレイに卵パックを使おうと思っていたのですが、うっかり捨ててしまっていました。
そこで、とってあった2Lのミネラルウォーターの入っていたペットボトルを縦に切り、トレイを作りました。
そこにココヤシブロックを置き、たっぷり水を吸収させました。
十分膨らんだのを確認して、種を蒔きました。

ココヤシブロックの取り扱いがとてもラクで、ベランダで作業することなく部屋で作業できました。
今、風邪気味なのでありがたかったです。
寒い部屋の中ですが、ゆっくり発芽するのを待つことにしました。
うまく育ってくれるのを楽しみにしています。
今日種まきしたのは以下の7種類。
* スティックセニョール（茎ブロッコリー）
* ベルーデ（葉を食べる大根）
* ルッコラ（ロケット）
* クレソン（ウォータークレス）
* エピナール（デンマークのほうれん草）
* バジル（バジリコ）
* 小かぶ（イタリアの小さいカブ）
植物の力を信じ、2〜3月に種蒔き可能なものは全部蒔いてみました。 うまくいきますように。
actifitは今日もギリギリです。 内科へ行って風邪薬をもらって飲んで寝まくったら、劇的によくなりました！
