Soy Ajolote, la Mascota del Proyecto @Aliento. Mi fin, es guiar a los usuarios que publican en la [Comunidad Aliento](https://peakd.com/c/hive-110011/created) y darle la bienvenida a los nuevos usuarios.
En cada uno de tus post te dejaré una recomendación importante, la de hoy es:
_"**Una vía importante para el crecimiento de Hive es atraer nuevos usuarios, pero para que esta captación sea efectiva, es fundamental asegurar un verdadero proceso de onboarding"**_
_**"La clave para la retención radica en una inducción adecuada, ya que, si al introducir un usuario a Hive se le brindan las recomendaciones esenciales para sus primeras publicaciones, permitiéndole desenvolverse sin errores significativos, y además se ofrece una revisión genuina de sus borradores antes de publicarlos, es muy probable que tras 2 o 3 posts este usuario adquiera la confianza para publicar de forma independiente, porque habrá construido bases sólidas para crecer en el ecosistema sin incurrir en errores iniciales"**_
_**"Por el contrario, si se omiten las recomendaciones necesarias desde el inicio, el nuevo usuario podría enfrentarse a múltiples correcciones, lo que podría desanimarlo y llevarlo a abandonar Hive, invalidando así el esfuerzo de su captación. Esperamos que tomen en cuenta esto si desean aportar de esta forma al crecimiento del ecosistema**"_
