Today I bring you a piece that was originally conceived as sombre, but in the end I didn't like the idea and changed it to something more parental. I'm enjoying this phase of showing creatures as if they were mother and child.

For this type of piece, I'm holding back a little on Naara, but in the end I felt like I wanted to give her some light, so I decided to work with these two creatures. I started with a simple sketch that may not be understandable due to the number of colours, but I sometimes use them because I get confused or don't know how to fit an area in, so I use them to guide me. After that, I made a fairly simple sketch, preserving the main character's features, and ended up working with blocks of dark colours to lighten and blur them. When it came to doing the background, I think I got a little carried away and made it a bit gloomy. I think I got confused when trying to lighten the colour curve, but I thought it looked fine and left it.
