I had to take a break against my will. I was down with the flu for a couple of days, but I'm feeling better now and can get back to my content creation routine. I hope you like this piece. I'm putting more and more time into it, and I think I'm getting better.

I started putting more hours into this piece. In the first phase, I sketched it out. At first, I wasn't sure if I wanted to do a boy or a girl, but then I thought it would look great to combine it with another character, and I ended up with this duo, which I think is great.
If you look at the sketch, you'll see that I don't usually erase much. Instead, I swap colours to keep the details.
When it came to colouring, I kept the original colours, but as I spent so much time on it, I'd say about 6-7 hours, in the end I didn't feel like doing a background, so I duplicated the drawing and lowered the brightness of the second layer to turn it into a shadow. It's a pretty poor trick, but I really liked the result, and I hope you like it too. See you soon!!!
