Hi, I always love to share a little of my activities as a fitnnes girl and even more about my friendships born through the various sports activities I practice and even more I talk about women who are part not only of my process of change towards a fitnnes life but also exclusive friendships that have become my mentors and greatest referents in search of physical, mental and emotional health. The truth is that I consider myself very blessed and God made me let go of the rope to support me in a more stable place that would allow me to gain physical wellness and health. >Hola, adoro siempre poder compartir un poco de mis actividades como chica fitnnes y más aún sobre mis amistades nacidas a través de las diversas actividades deportivas que practico y más aún les hablo de mujeres que forman parte no solo de mi proceso de cambio hacia una vida fitnnes sino también amistades exclusivas que han pasado a ser mis mentoras y más grande referentes en búsqueda de la salud fisica, mental y emocional. La verdad, le considero bastante bendecida y es que Dios me hizo soltar la cuerda para apoyarme en un lugar más estable que me permitiera ganar bienestar físico y salud.  At the beginning, I was very ignorant of everything and I wanted to feel good about myself but I also felt agenda for not fitting in a very new place for me, doing an exercise or using a machine was a real mental tragedy for me because I didn't know how to do it and I was afraid of doing it wrong and damaging something or that other people would see me doing the exercises wrong, So at that moment the group of women where I started practicing dance welcomed me and they were encouraging me until I was adapting step by step to the process and they made me feel part of their group, my friends are extraordinary in all aspects. >Al principio, yo estaba muy ignorante de todo y quería sentirme bien conmigo misma pero también me sentía agenda por no encajar en un lugar bastante nuevo para mi, hacer un ejercicio o utilizar una máquina era una verdera tragedia mental para mi porque no sabía como hacerlo y sentía miedo de hacerlo mal y dañar algo o que otras personas me vieran haciendo mal los ejercicios, entonces en ese momento el grupo de mujeres donde comencé a practicar en baile me acogió y me estuvieron incentivando hasta que me fui adaptando paso a paso al proceso y me hicieron sentir parte de su grupo, mis amigas son extraordinarias en todos los aspectos.  Thus was born this respect and this friendship that I frequent daily with the team fitnnes of the gym, real women who open their hearts to girls like me who come with sorrow, it is inevitable not to love my group of friends in the gym and outside the gym. We are like a sisterhood born from the rebellious need to stop being sentarías and live in harmony with our body, soul, mind, and heart.
