Hello, sport definitely unites the world and sports activities are that door that when crossed allows us not only to get life and health but also great friendships. And of course, like any group activity, people who practice a discipline either in groups or individually always tend to relate to people in the same environment and it is almost certain that people who share hobbies or activities in common manage to create bonds of camaraderie, friendship and mutual support. Here I share this highlight for me where I could share with my friends "my fitnnes girls" here we reflect our beauty through the health that gives us physical activity and a healthy lifestyle. >Hola, el deporte definitivamente une al mundo y las actividades deportivas son esa puerta que al cruzar nos permite no solo obtener vida y salud sino también grandes amistades. Y por supuesto, como toda actividad grupal las personas que practicamos una disciplina ya sea grupal o individual siempre tendemos a relacionarnos con personas de nuestro mismo entorno y es casi seguro que personas que compartan hobbys o actividades en común logren crear vínculos de camaradería, amistad y apoyo mutuo. Aquí les comparto este momento destacado para mi donde pude compartir con mis amigas "mis chicas fitnnes" por aquí reflejamos nuestra belleza a través de la salud que nos proporciona la actividad física y un estilo de vida saludable. Además cultivamos nuestro ser y nuestro espíritu reencontrandonos con nosotras mismas y dándole amor a nuestro temple (nuestro cuerpo), todas somos mujeres naturales, chicas sencillas que expresamos nuestra bella sin mucho esfuerzo porque ser hermoso viene de ser y sentir bien con uno mismo.
