Hello, yesterday so many things happened to me that I had to breathe and prepare one of those arepitas that strengthen you and put you in a better mood. Starting with the fact that my prepared lunch for the next day was damaged, the water went away and didn't come back until the afternoon, also the power cuts made an appearance and as it rarely happens it was raining and my husband was late to pick up our son from his vacation camp so he arrived home late and that worried me. In all this, I had to quickly prepare a mortadella, which was what I had defrosted, and my husband and my son always come home hungry, so I had to solve the problem. >Hola, ayer me pasaron tantas cosas que tocó respirar y preparar una arepita de esas que te fortalecen y te ponen de mejor ánimo. Comenzando con que mi almuerzo preparado del siguiente día se había dañado, el agua se fue y no regresó sino hasta la tarde, también los cortes de electricidad hicieron acto de presencia y como pocas veces ocurre estuvo lloviendo y mi esposo fue tarde a retirar a nuestro hijo de su campamento vacacional por lo que llegó tarde a casa y eso me preocupaba. En todo esto, yo que había montado el arroz tuve que preparar rápidamente una mortadela que era lo que tenía descongelado, y mi esposo y mi hijo llegan a casa siempre con hambre, así que tocó resolver. When the chicken breast was ready, I let it cool and then I shredded it, added it together with the avocado cream and added mayonnaise, salt and mustard. Mientras la pechuga se cocinaba piqué finito la cebolla y algo de perejil, tenía un aguacate maduro y lo aplasté con el tenedor para forma la crema, mientras hacía todo esto se volvió a ir la luz así que tocó agregar todo rápido. Cuando la pechuga de pollo estuvo lista la dejé enfriar y la desmeché, agregue junto con la crema de aguacate y añadí mayonesa, sal y mostaza. Ese relleno quedó fenomenal. Las arepas las monté rápidamente y al tenerlas listas llegó la luz así que hice la foto que está en la portada, cuando las iba a rellenar se fue nuevamente la luz.
