[Eng/Esp] Weekly meeting with my dance group.

Hello, I had been out of commission for a few weeks due to the virus we had at home. Those were not very pleasant days, but thank God everyone is healthy again, and feeling more active this week, I was able to meet up with my dance group and participate in classes. I really missed being able to spend time with my friends. I received their get-well messages, and I was really looking forward to being able to share with them again because this class is special to me as it allows me to express myself through dance, and these moments fill me with joy. >Hola, había estado algunas semanas fuera de combate debido al virus que estuvimos atravesando en casa, fueron días no tan agradables pero gracias a Dios la salud llegó al hogar y ya sintiéndome más activa esta semana pude reunirme con mi grupo de baile y participar en las clases. Extrañé muchísimo poder compartir con mis amigas, recibí sus mensajes de pronta recuperación y la verdad estaba anhelando poder compartir nuevamente con ellas porque esta clase es especial para mi ya que me permite expresarme a través del baile y estos momentos me llenan de alegría.  This week I was able to attend my classes two days. Right now I'm still suffering from allergies, but without too much discomfort, just a few minor annoyances, and I couldn't help but attend and share these days with my friends. Being part of something is nice, being able to share and connect with people who have a similar lifestyle to yours is totally satisfying because they can understand and support you, just as you will understand and support them in their process. The gym has not only given me better habits and more discipline, but also a group of friends who connect through dance. >Esta semana pude asistir dos días a mis clases, en este momento estoy pasando aún la alergia pero sin tantas molestias, simplemente algunas molestias mínimas y no pude evitar asistir y compartir estos días con mis amigos y amigas. Formar parte de algo es bonito, poder compartir y conectar con personas que llevan un estilo de vida similar al tuyo es satisfacción total porque ellas pueden comprenderte y apoyarte así como uno mismo las comprenderá y apoyará en su proceso. El gym no solo me ha dado mejores hábitos y más disciplina, sino también un grupo de amigos y amigas que conectamos a través del baile.  Dancing, smiling, connecting, being happy, admiring someone else's progress, singing, and living are positive aspects that cannot be missing from our weekly classes. That's why I don't like to miss my classes because in this space I have found a way to clear my mind of all the daily stress caused by work, home, and other social factors that usually wear down the mind and body. My goal is always to be better than yesterday, which is why I dance. >Bailar, sonreír, conectar, ser feliz, admirar el progreso de alguien más, cantar y vivir son aspectos positivos que no pueden faltar en nuestras clases semanales, es por eso que no me gusta perder mis clases porque en este espacio he encontrado una manera de despejar mi mente de todo el estrés diario producto del trabajo, del hogar y demás factores sociales que por lo general desgastan la mente y el cuerpo.
