[Eng/Esp] When the dance therapy class gets intense it's time to go out to freshen up

Hi, I have already told you that I love dancing and I learned to love this new discipline because it has brought to my life physical and emotional well being, dancing has allowed me to enjoy a gift that I had kept and thought I did not have the gift of enjoying life through music and dance. Intense dance routines are exhausting and after finishing each class it is important to hydrate to replenish lost electrolytes, so today after the routine I immediately went out to hydrate. >Hola, ya les he dicho que me gusta el baile y aprendí a amar esta nueva disciplina porque ha traído a mi vida bienestar físico y emocional, el baile me ha permitido disfrutar de un don que tenía guardado y pensaba que no poseía el don de disfrutar de la vida a través de la música y el baile. Las rutinas de baile intensas son agotadoras y luego de finalizar cada clase es importante hidratarse para reponer los electrólitos perdidos, así que hoy después de la rutina salí inmediatamente a hidratarme. Fui por algo de agua luego de esto y aproveché de hacerme algunas fotos porque me di cuenta que estoy tomando algo de masa, ya veo como mis músculos se comienza a notar más y eso me causa satisfacción.
