Well my workouts have been getting long so 3 months ago i decided to shorten them back to am hour long session instead of my usual 3 hour sessions.
Long slow workouts to short intense sessions.
Unbeknownst to me i also made my workouts from the long session into a compressed version.
The end result? A tendon tear on my long bicep muscle. A popeye effect.
Surgery took 2 hours. I didn't stop drinking leading up to the operation that the anesthesia did not have an effect. I felt every increasing Incision, every screw and every stitch tearing through skin.
Painful but in the end I'm now battered and bruised but alive.
