Baked Doughnuts


A good candy lover doesn't resist that little piece of heaven, but for some people the mere fact of knowing that they are cooked in oil doesn't please them very much, for health reasons, because of weight problems, in short, but as everything has a solution, today I present them with an easy way to make the delicious donuts without altering the cholesterol in their blood. .
They are mini baked doughnuts, as well as read, baked doughnuts, zero oil, no excess health.

INGREDIENTS:
- 450 g wheat flour
- 200 g sugar
- 1 egg
- 80 gr of butter
- 10 g instant yeast
- 250 ml of pasteurized milk
- A touch of vanilla essence.

PREPARATIO:
Mix the yeast with the milk and leave it to ferment for approximately 10 minutes, while the flour, butter and sugar are mixed in a bowl and gradually add the other ingredients such as milk, egg and a spoonful of vanilla essence. Beat it until it has a homogeneous mass, as shown in the picture, cover it with a cloth and leave it to rest for an hour until it doubles in size.

Then knead for a few minutes until the air is removed from the dough, continue to roll out the dough with a roller that has been previously floated to the desired thickness, about 2.5 cm, then with a doughnut cutter, in my case, since I do not have a grip on the rim of a glass and with a lid of a container I made the inner rim, place it on a tray with paraffin paper and proceed to put it in the oven for 15 minutes (depending on the heat of each oven) and let it cool down.
