Good, my dear stemians, today I want to share with you this rich and succulent dish that I made today, for the celebration of the day of the worker, by the way a happy day for all those who work every day to make this a better world.

The protagonist of this dish is nothing more and nothing less than the pig, in this presentation I piqué it in pictures (here in my country it is called chicharrón) it is added oregano and it is salted and put on a slow fire with a little oil and I particularly put a touch of water.
The garnish that I used in this dish was a tasty salad of lettuce, tomato, onion and avocado, with a touch of salt and olive oil. I also placed as a companion some yuccas (it is a tuber and it has several names in our America it is known as: cassava, tapioca among others)
I cook it in waterand made them sautéed with butter, garlic and parsley.
And to end with a flourish, I cooked some sweet bananas with a touch of butter, which I was left to suck my fingers, This combination goes very well with the pig! and so we celebrated between family with a lunch that left us happy, as the popular saying goes: "A full belly, happy heart" hehehe
