Hoy aΓ±oraba algo diferente y recordar un sabor, textura, me acompaΓ±an a saber cual es?.

  • DΓ­a 17 para compartir con ustedes mi menΓΊ de este dΓ­a gracias a DIOS. De antemano gracias por estar de nuevo en mi blog de mis comidas diarias me motiva a seguir comiendo sano, en no perder mi enfoque, en ser CONSTANTE y responsable con mi meta a futuro. Amo comer delicioso, trato de comer saludable dandole gran sabor con condimentos naturales.

Si muchos pueden yo TambiΓ©n puedo πŸ€— Mi Diario de Comida DΓ­a 16 estuvo asΓ­:

  • πŸ’› 09:00am Delicioso desayuno de pan integral tostado con aguacate y jamΓ³n serrano, estaba delicioso amigo mΓ­os.

  • πŸ’› 12:00pm AlmorcΓ© pescado con arepitas y limon. Ame ❀️

  • πŸ’› 04:00pm De merienda fue una rica y deliciosa gelatina con frambuesas amigos.

  • πŸ’› 06:00pm De cena carne asada con aguacate y palitos de yuca.

Nuestro cuerpo es nuestro templo debemos cuidarlo, amarlo.

Les cuento que ese sabor y textura que querΓ­a comer era pan amigos me encanta el pan tostado lo amo, pero como todo no debo abusar, cumplido el antojo y con estos topping lo ame jeje.

Para no usar aceite, ni frituras hago la comida e la freidora de aire amigos y quedan como fritas delicioso y crujientes.

Cuenten que les pareciΓ³ este dΓ­a de comidas amigos?

TambiΓ©n fui al gimnasio amigos y tome mi citrato de magnesio, vitaminas amigos, me ayudan a conciliar el sueΓ±o y mejorar la digestiΓ³n.

Today I longed for something different, and remembering a flavor, a texture, will you join me to find out what it is?

  • Day 17 to share with you my menu for today, thank God. Thank you in advance for being back on my blog about my daily meals. It motivates me to continue eating healthy, to not lose my focus, to be CONSTANT and responsible with my future goal. I love eating delicious food; I try to eat healthy, giving it great flavor with natural seasonings.

If many can do it, so can I πŸ€— My Day 16 Food Diary looked like this:

  • πŸ’› 9:00 a.m. Delicious breakfast of whole wheat toast with avocado and Serrano ham. It was delicious, my friend.

  • πŸ’› 12:00 p.m. I had fish for lunch with arepitas and lemon. Love it ❀️

  • πŸ’› 4:00 pm For a snack, we had a delicious raspberry gelatin, friends.

  • πŸ’› 6:00 pm For dinner, we had grilled beef with avocado and yuca sticks.

Our body is our temple, we must take care of it and love it.

I'm telling you, the flavor and texture I wanted to eat was bread, friends. I love toasted bread, I love it, but like everything, I shouldn't overdo it. I fulfilled my craving, and with these toppings, I loved it, hehe.

To avoid using oil or frying, I make the food in the air fryer, friends, and they come out delicious and crispy fried.

Tell me what you thought of this day of meals, friends?

I also went to the gym, friends, and took my magnesium citrate and vitamins, friends, they help me sleep and improve my digestion.
