  • Dรญa 21 para compartir con ustedes mi menรบ de este dรญa gracias a DIOS. Ya son 21 dรญas de altos y bajos, pero aun haciendo lo mejor para obtener mi mejor versiรณn de mi, esto comenzรณ por mejorar mi salud y mi bienestar emocional, ahora es mi mayor motivaciรณn y fortaleza amigo.

  • ๐Ÿ’š 09:00am Refrescante jugo verde con kiwi ๐Ÿฅ, chayote y limon me encanto.

  • ๐Ÿ’š 12:00pm Almorcรฉ purรฉ de papas con carne asada y aderezo con yogurt griego y aguacate. ๐Ÿฅ‘

  • ๐Ÿ’š 04:00pm De merienda me tome un te de pina ๐Ÿy mi colรกgeno.

  • ๐Ÿ’š 06:00pm De cena querรญa algo fresco asรญ que me prepare un bolw ๐Ÿฅฃ con yogurt griego, frambuesas y gelatina es una de mis preparaciones favoritas.

Nuestro cuerpo es nuestro templo debemos cuidarlo, amarlo.

Gracias a Dios tuve alimentos en mi mesa, delicioso, comรญ lo que querรญa, estas preparaciones funcionan bien cuando no tengo mucho tiempo de cocinar amigos.

Cuenten que les pareciรณ este dรญa de comidas amigos?

Tambiรฉn fui al gimnasio amigos, tome mi citrato de magnesio, vitaminas amigos, me ayudan a conciliar el sueรฑo y mejorar la digestiรณn.

Hello #hive, ready to see today's menu.

  • Day 21 to share with you my menu for today, thank God. It's already been 21 days of ups and downs, but even though I've been doing my best to be the best version of myself, this started with improving my health and emotional well-being. Now it's my greatest motivation and strength, my friend.

If many can do it, so can I ๐Ÿค— My Day 21 Food Diary looked like this:

  • ๐Ÿ’š 9:00 a.m. Refreshing green juice with kiwi ๐Ÿฅ, chayote, and lemon. I loved it.

  • ๐Ÿ’š 12:00 p.m. I had lunch with mashed potatoes and grilled beef, dressed with Greek yogurt and avocado. ๐Ÿฅ‘

  • ๐Ÿ’š 4:00 pm For a snack, I had pineapple tea ๐Ÿ and my collagen.

  • ๐Ÿ’š 6:00 pm For dinner, I wanted something fresh, so I made a bowl ๐Ÿฅฃ with Greek yogurt, raspberries, and gelatin. It's one of my favorite recipes.

Our body is our temple; we must take care of it and love it.

Thank God I had delicious food on the table. I ate what I wanted. These recipes work well when I don't have much time to cook, friends.

I also went to the gym, friends, took my magnesium citrate, and took my vitamins. They help me sleep and improve my digestion.
