  • πŸ’œ 04:00pm MerendΓ© yogurt griego con manzana roja 🍎.
  • πŸ’œ 05:00pm Tome mis suplementos junto a un jugo verde πŸ’š
  • πŸ’œ 06:30pm Cene crema de brocoli πŸ₯¦, con queso mozarella y cubos de pollo dorados.

Los suplementos que tomo son citrato de magnesio y ashwagandha, amigos, me ayudan a conciliar el sueΓ±o y mejorar mi sistema digestivo.

Monday is an excellent day to start new goals, and also to continue on our 26th day of dietary changes, friends.

Good evening, dear #hive friends, this day I begin by eating healthy, living, thanking God for allowing me to live every moment and enjoy it.

My Food Diary for Day 26 was like this:

  • πŸ’œ 9:00 a.m. Hibiscus tea πŸ«–
  • πŸ’œ 9:30 a.m. I had a tomato, avocado, and onion salad for breakfast, with broccoli πŸ₯¦ and chicken in tomato sauce.
  • πŸ’œ 1:00 p.m. I had a delicious fish soup for lunch.
  • πŸ’œ 4:00 pm I had a snack of Greek yogurt with red apple 🍎.
  • πŸ’œ 5:00 pm I took my supplements with a green juice πŸ’š
  • πŸ’œ 6:30 pm I had dinner with cream of broccoli πŸ₯¦, with mozzarella cheese and golden chicken cubes.

Tell me what you thought of this day of meals, friends?

The supplements I take are magnesium citrate and ashwagandha. Friends, they help me fall asleep and improve my digestive system.
