Jueves de recuerdos....
Hola mi comunidad de #hive. Hoy es gran dΓa para recordar un desayuno que solΓa comer mucho de niΓ±a, esta vez de manera saludable mis amores.
Cada dΓa me levanto muy agradecida, feliz y con la mayor motivaciΓ³n de cumplir mis objetivos diarios.
Mi Diario de Comida DΓa 27 estuvo asΓ:

ππ½οΈπ 08:00am TΓ© de Flor de Jamaica, con mi colΓ‘geno, vinagre de manzana y vitamina D.
ππ½οΈπ 09:00am Jugo verde
ππ½οΈπ 10:00am Desayune luego de regresar del gimnasio hice mi desayuno del recuerdo unos deliciosos huevos pericos con cebollΓn, cebolla y tomate, chorizos y queso mozarella amigos.
ππ½οΈπ 01:00pm Almorzamos carne asada, vegetales salteados estilo chino y yuca debajo de la carne.
ππ½οΈπ 04:00pm De merienda gelatina y π banana.
ππ½οΈπ 06:00pm De cena carne asada que sobro en tiras, brocoli salteado con mantequilla y arepitas de platano deliciosas.
Nuestro cuerpo es nuestro templo debemos cuidarlo, amarlo.
Este menΓΊ me encanto, amo comer carne, vegetales me mantiene saciada y feliz jejeje, los huevos pericos me quedaron como a mi mami a quien extraΓ±o mucho, agradezco a que me enseΓ±o a cocinar delicioso.
Siempre me mantengo tomando agua en el dΓa y mas cuando voy al gimnasio, es muy bueno mantenerme hidratada.
Cuenten que les pareciΓ³ este dΓa de comidas amigos?
Mis multivitamicos no pueden faltar amigos.

Throwback Thursday....
Hello my #hive community. Today is a great day to remember a breakfast I used to eat a lot as a child, this time in a healthy way, my loves.
Every day I wake up very grateful, happy, and with the greatest motivation to achieve my daily goals.
My Food Diary Day 27 looked like this:
If many can do it, so can I π€
ππ½οΈπ 8:00 a.m. Hibiscus flower tea, with my collagen, apple cider vinegar, and vitamin D.
ππ½οΈπ 9:00 a.m. Green juice
ππ½οΈπ 10:00 a.m. After returning from the gym, I had breakfast. I made my throwback breakfast: some delicious eggs with chives, onions, and tomatoes, chorizos, and mozzarella cheese.
ππ½οΈπ 1:00 pm We had roast beef for lunch, Chinese-style sautΓ©ed vegetables, and yuca under the meat.
ππ½οΈπ 4:00 pm For a snack, gelatin and π banana.
ππ½οΈπ 6:00 pm For dinner, leftover roast beef in strips, sautΓ©ed broccoli with butter, and delicious plantain arepitas.
Our body is our temple, we must take care of it and love it.
I loved this menu. I love eating meat, vegetables keep me full and happy, hehe. The eggs turned out just like my mom's, whom I miss so much. I'm grateful for her teaching me how to cook delicious food.
I always drink water throughout the day, especially when I go to the gym. It's great to stay hydrated.
