Viernes como te quiero....
- Hola mi comunidad de #hive. Demos inicio con este espectacular menΓΊ al inicio de fin de semana, comiendo delicioso y saludable.
Hoy gracias a DIOS soy muy feliz, amanecΓ bajo un techo y con salud.
Mi Diario de Comida DΓa 28 estuvo asΓ:

π 08:00am TΓ© de Flor de Jamaica, con mi colΓ‘geno, vinagre de manzana y vitamina D.

π 09:00am Jugo verde refrescante y delicioso.

π 11:00am Desayune crema de tallo de brocoli con tocineta crocante.

π 01:00pm AlmorcΓ© quinoa al estilo marinero con frutos del mar.

π 04:00pm De merienda un caliente y espumoso cafΓ© con leche amigos.
- π 07:00pm Cene una sopita de huevos que me puso a dormir como una bebe jeje.
Nuestro cuerpo es nuestro templo debemos cuidarlo, amarlo.
Mis multivitamicos que es el citrato y la ashawanda lo tomo a las 05:00pm, para que mi cuerpo lo asimile bien. La sopita la ame me sacio mucho, la crema de con los tallos de brΓ³coli fue la primera vez que la hago y m fascino amigos, se la recomiendo, la quinoa es un buen sustituto del arroz agarra buen sabor junto a demas ingredientes.
Siempre me mantengo tomando agua en el dΓa y mas cuando voy al gimnasio, es muy bueno mantenerme hidratada.
Cuenten que les pareciΓ³ este dΓa de comidas amigos?

- Hello my #hive community. Let's kick off the weekend with this spectacular menu, eating delicious and healthy food.
Today, thank God, I'm very happy. I woke up under a roof and healthy.
My Food Diary Day 28 looked like this:

π 8:00 a.m. Hibiscus flower tea, with my collagen, apple cider vinegar, and vitamin D.

π 9:00 a.m. Refreshing and delicious green juice.

π 11:00 a.m. I had breakfast with broccoli stem cream and crispy bacon.

π 1:00 p.m. I had lunch with seafood-style quinoa.

π 4:00 p.m. For a snack, a hot and frothy coffee with milk, friends.
- π 7:00 pm I had egg soup for dinner, which made me sleep like a baby, hehe.
Our body is our temple, we must take care of it, love it.
I take my multivitamins, which are citrate, and ashawanda at 5:00 pm so my body can assimilate them well. I loved the soup, it was so filling. The cream of broccoli stalks was the first time I made it, and I loved it, friends. I recommend it. Quinoa is a good substitute for rice; it packs a great flavor along with other ingredients.
I always keep drinking water throughout the day, especially when I go to the gym. It's great to stay hydrated.
