Sigo compartiendo con ustedes Mi Diario de Comida: Este dΓa lo comencΓ© por ir al fruveer y comprar algunas frutas y hortalizas que me hacΓan falta para mis batidos verdes, y unas crema de zapallo que querΓa hacer, tambiΓ©n un delicioso purΓ© y arroz de coliflor que hago y guardo ya listo solo de calentar amigos.
Para motivarme compartiendo con ustedes en comer sano, en no perder mi enfoque, en ser CONSTANTE y responsable con mi meta a futuro. Si muchos pueden yo TambiΓ©n puedo π€
Mi Diario de Comida DΓa 7 estuvo asΓ:
09:00am Jugo verde de guatila, kiwi y jugo de limΓ³n
11:00am Desayune Guatila asada, pollo asado desmenuzado y aguacate.
03:00pm AlmorcΓ© unas deliciosas lentejas con hueso ahumado y tocino.
04:30pm Comi una pera.
06:30pm Cene unos camarones con vegetales y una taza de te verde con piΓ±a.

I've made it to the week of eating better, with appropriate portions, and healthier. I'm grateful to everyone who has joined me on this blog called my food diary.

I continue to share my food diary with you. Today I started by going to the fruveer and buying some fruits and vegetables I needed for my green smoothies, and some pumpkin soup I wanted to make, as well as a delicious cauliflower puree and rice that I make and store ready just to warm up, friends.
To motivate myself by sharing with you to eat healthy, to not lose my focus, to be CONSTANT and responsible with my future goal. If many can do it, so can I π€
My Day 7 Food Diary looked like this:
9:00 a.m. Green guatila juice, kiwi, and lemon juice
11:00 a.m. I had grilled guatila, shredded grilled chicken, and avocado for breakfast.
3:00 p.m. I had delicious lentils with smoked bone and bacon for lunch.
4:30 p.m. I ate a pear.
6:30 p.m. I had shrimp with vegetables and a cup of green tea with pineapple for dinner.
