Holaa amigos de #DIYHub, hoy quiero compartir un pequeño tutorial con todos ustedes. Se trata más bien de una restauración que le hice a una tabla de escribir. Esta vieja tabla que pueden ver en la imagen la tengo desde hace un tiempo, cuando me mude a donde vivo actualmente la conseguí en un rincón de la casa, no quise deshacerme de ella, ya que me ha servido mucho para usarla de apoyo al escribir. Pero siempre que la veía me parecía tan fea y descuidada que ayer me decidí a darle una nueva vida y transformarla, la verdad fue algo sencillo, ya que no tenía muchas pinturas a mi alcance.

Hello friends of #DIYHub, today I want to share a little tutorial with you all. It's more of a restoration I did to a writing table. I've had this old table that you can see in the picture for a while. When I moved to where I currently live, I found it in a corner of the house. I didn't want to get rid of it, since it has been very useful for me to use as a writing surface. But every time I saw it, it seemed so ugly and neglected that yesterday I decided to give it a new life and transform it. It was a simple task, since I didn't have many paints on hand.

Primero, busqué dos pinturas, una blanca y otra lila y dos pinceles.

First, I looked for two paints, one white and one purple, and two brushes.

Luego, empecé pintando la tabla de color blanco, ya que este color sería la base para pintar con el color lila, porque esta tabla tenía muchos rayones. Le di varias capas, esperaba que se secara una capa para proceder a darle otra mano de pintura, me ayudó que el sol estuviera fuerte y se secara rápido la pintura. Finalmente, le agregué el color lila, también le di varias manos del ese color.

Next, I started by painting the board white, as this color would be the base for painting with the lilac, as it had a lot of scratches. I applied several coats, waiting for one coat to dry before proceeding with another coat of paint. The strong sun helped, helping the paint dry quickly. Finally, I added the lilac color, also applying several coats of that color.

Este fue el resultado. Es algo sencillo, pero quedó mucho mejor que antes, si hubiese tenido más pintura le hubiese pintado unas flores blancas. Así que solo imaginé como hubiese quedado con esas flores colocándole un par de stickers. Espero les haya gustado este tutorial, ¡Hasta pronto!❤️

This was the result. It's simple, but it turned out much better than before. If I'd had more paint, I would have painted white flowers on it. So I just imagined how it would have looked with those flowers and a couple of stickers. I hope you enjoyed this tutorial. See you soon!❤️
