300 grs de jóbito, 01 zanahoria, 02 vasos de agua, y azúcar al gusto

Lo primero que hice fue lavar bien los jóbitos y pelar y rallar la zanahoria. Luego puse el agua y los jóbitos en una jarra y los batí muchas veces con un batidor para quitar todas las cáscaras de las semillas.
