Lo primero que hice fue lavar los mangos, pelarlos, cortarlos en trozos y cocinarlos hasta que se ablandaran. Una vez listos, los dejé reposar hasta que se enfriaran. Luego le quité la piel y las semillas a la papaya y la corté en trozos.
