150 gr de fresa, 01 remolaacha, 1/4 cucharadita de jengibre, 1.1/2 vaso de agua, azúcar al gusto. || 150 g strawberries, 1 beetroot, 1/4 teaspoon ginger, 1.5 cups water, sugar to taste.

Lo primero que hice fue lavar la remolacha y cocerla hasta que estuviera blanda. Luego la dejé enfriar. Después de lavar bien las fresas, les quité las hojas y las corté en trozos pequeños. Pelé la remolacha y también la corté en trozos pequeños.

Lo licué a alta velocidad durante unos minutos, luego añadí el jengibre y seguí batiendo unos segundos más hasta que todo quedó bien mezclado.
