La keratina de origen botánico para el cabello [ESP/ENG]

 Hola amigos de @lifestyle, bienvenidos otra vez, realmente no he aparecido mucho por aquí ya que tengo bastantes deberes asi que espero poder empezar a organizarme mejor para no desaparecer tanto, pero mas alla de eso hoy vengo a compartir una cosa con ustedes que en lo personal puede ser una de las mejores cosas que he comprado y es la keratina para el cabello de orígen botánico.    A esta keratina la conozco por varios nombres como la keratina de origen botánico, o jardín botánico y hasta ritual botánico. Pero en si esta es una marca colombiana de productos para el cabello y piel, en Instagram sale como origen botánico, asi que podemos confirmar eso, pero mas alla de eso se especializan es que sus productos están hechos con ingredientes naturales y su enfoque combina la belleza botánica, sostenibilidad y formulas botánicas pensadas para cada cabello y piel y tratar sus necesidades. En su línea destacada esta los productos Mascarilla Bomba Botánica S.O.S, Shampoo, Shampoo S.O.S Cebolla y Argán, Tratamiento Plex, Perfume Termo protector Rosa, Keratina en varias presentaciones y la Mantequilla Perfumada Corporal: hidratación profunda con fragancia botánica A. Mi cabello es un cabello con ondas, mucho volumen y bastante frizz, realmente no me gusta y no se cuidarme el cabello asi por mas que lo he intentado, asi que opte realizarme la keratina, después de una gran búsqueda y reseñas decidí apostar por esta keratina, ya que su precio y las buenas reseñas, para que tengan una idea hacerse una keratina en una peluquería el precio va desde los 35$ y esta keratina me costo 24$, que una de las razones por las cuales me la compre, fue porque la persona que me la aplico ya lo había hecho antes, también algo bueno fue que la keratina trae sus instrucciones bastante detallada y de igual manera hay muchos videos de como aplicarla en las redes sociales.  Bueno yo empecé lavando el cabello con el shampoo, después me lo seque con el secador en aire frio, que tarde bastante en ese paso, después me puse el suero capilar solo en el cuero cabelludo y pase a aplicarme la keratina en mechones finos, es un trabajo de mucha paciencia pero el resultado vale la pena, después de aplicar la deje actuar por una hora y media por mi tipo de cabello pero si eres de cabello muy rulo la puedes dejar dos horas o si eres de cabello mas fino la dejas por una hora. Después de eso pasas a secarte el cabello a temperatura media sin peinar, como si lo estuvieras aireando, y luego a la plancha que yo la use en 410 grados pero todo eso depende de tu cabello ya que recomiendan pasarla de 7 a 10 veces en un mismo mechon, asi que hay que estar pendiente de no quemar el cabello.    Después de plancharlo tienes que esperar que el cabello y el cuero cabelludo se enfrien para lavar la cabeza, yo espere 3 horas pero puede ser menos tiempo, cuando lo laves te pones tu shampoo normal y luego te pones el enjuague o acondicionador y al salir de la ducha lo secas con aire frio y si te quedan unas hondas puedes pasar la plancha. En verdad a mi me quedo bastante bien asi que no pase la plancha al final. But beyond that, today I want to share something with you that, personally, may be one of the best things I've ever bought: botanical keratin for hair.    I know this keratin by several names, such as botanical keratin, botanical garden, and even botanical ritual. But in fact, this is a Colombian brand of hair and skin products. On Instagram, it appears as botanical origin, so we can confirm that, but beyond that, they specialize in products made with natural ingredients and their approach combines botanical beauty, sustainability, and botanical formulas designed for each hair and skin type to treat their needs. Their featured line includes the Botanical Bomb S.O.S. Mask, Shampoo, S.O.S. Onion and Argan Shampoo, Plex Treatment, Rose Heat Protection Perfume, Keratin in various forms, and Perfumed Body Butter: deep hydration with botanical fragrance A. My hair is wavy, very voluminous, and quite frizzy. I really don't like it, and no matter how hard I try, I don't know how to take care of it, so I decided to get a keratin treatment. After extensive research and reading reviews, I decided to go with this keratin treatment because of its price and good reviews. To give you an idea, a keratin treatment at a hair salon costs around $35, and this keratin treatment cost me $24. One of the reasons I bought it was because the person who applied it had done it before. Another good thing was that the keratin treatment comes with detailed instructions, and there are also many videos on social media showing how to apply it.  Well, I started by washing my hair with shampoo, then I dried it with a hair dryer on a cool setting, which took quite a while. Then I applied the hair serum to my scalp only and moved on to applying the keratin in thin strands. It's a job that requires a lot of patience, but the result is worth it. After applying it, I left it on for an hour and a half because of my hair type, but if you have very curly hair, you can leave it on for two hours, or if you have finer hair, you can leave it on for an hour. After that, dry your hair on a medium heat setting without combing it, as if you were airing it, and then use the straightener. I used it at 410 degrees, but it all depends on your hair, as they recommend going over each strand 7 to 10 times, so you have to be careful not to burn your hair.    After straightening it, you have to wait for your hair and scalp to cool down before washing your head. I waited 3 hours, but it can be less time. When you wash it, use your normal shampoo and then apply conditioner. When you get out of the shower, dry it with cold air, and if you have any waves left, you can use the straightener.
