Well, friends, to start making this cake, I poured milk into a cup and then crumbled the bread into small pieces. I used a liter of milk and three loaves of bread. I added half a kilo of sugar. I started mixing three eggs with a little vanilla so it wouldn't have that eggy smell 🥚. Next, I started preparing the caramel by adding a cup of sugar and letting it dissolve over low heat. Then, I added the mixture to the already-rested caramel and simmered it in a double boiler over low heat for 55 minutes.
Afterwards, I let the cake rest for 10 minutes before removing it from the pan. I confess I was afraid of spilling the cake for fear of it breaking, but thank goodness nothing happened, hehe 😃

Bueno amigos para empezar el procedimiento de la elaboración de está torta empecé a agregar la leche en una taza luego empecé a desmenuzar el pan en pequeños trozos utilize un litro de leche y tres panes canilla, agregué Medio kilo de azúcar, empecé a mezclar tres huevos con un poquito de vainilla para que no tenga el olor a huevo 🥚, luego empecé a hacer el caramelo agregando una taza de azúcar y dejé que se fuera disolviendo a fuego lento, a continuación agregue la mezcla en el caramelo ya reposado y lleve a baño maria por 55 minutos .
Después dejé reposar la torta por 10 minutos para luego sacar de la tortera la verdad confieso que tuve miedo al desbordar la torta por miedo a que se me partiera pero gracias a Dios no pasó nada jejeje 😃
