A Session with Noise in My Head Esp/Eng

What happens with that noise we constantly have in our minds? >¿Qué ocurre con ese ruido que tenemos constantemente en la mente?  Sometimes it’s static, other times it’s beeping; even silence, if it stretches long enough, can make noise. >Unas veces con estática, otras con pitidos; incluso un silencio que se extienda lo suficiente puede hacer ruido.  Sometimes we express it, sometimes we don’t, but the noise is still there, like an aura that almost becomes tangible when we are overwhelmed. >A veces lo expresamos, otras no, pero el ruido sigue allí, como un aura que casi se hace palpable cuando estamos saturados.
