July is here

July is here, and for me, it feels like a time to hit the refresh button on my life. Every year, I try to make the most of this month by organizing myself better, especially when it comes to getting some exercise, spending quality time with friends, and cherishing moments with my family, especially my daughter. With the summer sun shining bright, it’s the perfect opportunity to create lasting memories and cultivate a sense of balance in my life.

This July, I’m particularly motivated to make a difference in how I approach my work. I hope to line up more interpretation calls and, fingers crossed, earn a bit more than usual. It’s always a juggling act, but I firmly believe that being organized can help me manage my time better, allowing me to carve out precious moments for my daughter. After all, time spent together is what truly matters.

Speaking of celebrations, we have some important birthdays coming up—my brother and my mom! I am thrilled to celebrate these occasions together. Family gatherings mean so much to me; they are the glue that keeps us close even amidst our busy lives. I envision cake, laughter, and maybe even some hilarious stories from our childhood—all the ingredients that make these gatherings memorable.

As I gaze into the future, I realize that July is not just about celebrations but also an opportunity to cultivate a positive mindset. This month, I’ve decided I want to focus on living life to the fullest and appreciating the beautiful things around me. Whether it's the warmth of the sun on my skin during our park outings or the simple joy of dinner with family, I want to soak it all in.

Moreover, I’ve been thinking about the importance of saving for the things that matter. With August fast approaching, I want to ensure that I have a little bit put away for any surprises that may come my way in the next month. The thought of my daughter’s birthday and the festivities of December excites me. It’s incredible how quickly time flies, and I want to be prepared to celebrate those special moments without any financial stress hanging over my head.

Even though the world sometimes feels like it’s falling apart, I hold onto hope. There’s a lot going on out there—economic instability, environmental concerns, and social issues. Still, I choose to believe that things will improve. I try to remind myself that worrying about the future doesn’t help; instead, I want to focus on creating a good environment for my daughter as she navigates her schooling and the world around her.

Navigating life can be challenging, and it’s easy to get caught up in everything that seems to go wrong. Yet, I feel a strong urge to keep faith in the idea that things will turn around. I am determined to keep a positive outlook. In the end, it’s about finding that sweet spot between preparation and acceptance. I’m working hard to create stability in our lives, a place where we can feel secure and thrive together.

As each day passes, I’m reminded of how fleeting time can be. Yes, I have goals for July, but I also want to allow space for spontaneity and joy. If a friend calls to catch up or if my daughter suddenly wants to build a fort in the living room, I want to say “yes” instead of feeling tied down by a rigid schedule. Those are the moments that bring a smile to my face and warmth to my heart.

So here’s to July! Here’s to setting intentions while still allowing life’s surprises to unfold. I’m ready to embrace whatever comes my way—whether it’s a new challenge at work or a joyful moment shared over cake and laughter. Whatever happens, I know I'll face it with my daughter by my side, striving to create a loving, supportive environment where we can flourish together. After all, every step we take this month is a step toward harmony and happiness, paving the way for the beautiful months ahead.

P.S. I don't like the photos, but I agree to use a few because my daughter @cami-bianco23 and Gabriela @ivanetta23 ask me to.
