A cry without a voice

Buenas noches amigos. Hoy mi dibujo esta inspirado en aquellas ocasiones donde nos guardamos cosas que no queremos compartir con el mundo hasta el punto en donde sientes que ya no aguantas mas y deseas explotar, de un momento a otro lo sueltas sin realmente quererlo, quise representar este sentimiento en formas de mariposas porque me encantan las mariposas (sobre todo las mariposas azules) ya que representan el destino, cambios y belleza, disfrute mucho pintar en esta oportunidad ya que hice algo que realmente me salió del corazón y del animo que tengo ahora mismo. Espero que les guste. > Good evening, friends. Today's drawing is inspired by those times when we hold back things we don't want to share with the world, to the point where you feel like you can't take it anymore and want to explode. Suddenly, you let it all out without really meaning to. I wanted to represent this feeling in the form of butterflies because I love butterflies (especially blue butterflies), as they represent destiny, change, and beauty. I really enjoyed painting this time because I did something that truly came from my heart and from the mood I'm in right now. I hope you like it.

Este dibujo fue bastante complicado para terminar, llevaba 3 días en los que intentaba pintarlo, pero algunas cosas se me dificultaban y prefería dejarlo y seguir después. Empecé con el boceto y luego agregue color, esta vez use una combinación entre lilas, azules y marrón muy opacos. En una nueva capa agregue mas colores de la misma gama para darle mejor forma al rostro y luego comenzar a mezclar, mezcle de una manera desordenada y con una opacidad media para mantener algo de textura y que pareciera pintura, luego cambie el fondo a un color negro. > This drawing was quite complicated to finish. I'd been trying to paint it for three days, but some things were difficult, and I preferred to leave it and continue later. I started with the sketch and then added color, this time using a combination of very opaque lilacs, blues, and browns. On a new layer, I added more colors of the same range to give the face a better shape and then began to blend. I blended in a messy way and with medium opacity to maintain some texture and make it look like paint. Then I changed the background to black.

Detalle un poco mas el torso y la parte del cuello que esta rota, en esta zona agregue algunas luces y sombras para crear ese efecto de piel rota, pinte el cabello con un azul oscuro desaturado y luego agregue algunos detalles con el mismo tono azul pero un poco mas claro, dibuje la silueta de las mariposas y luego pinte una por una agregando detalles con diferentes tonos de azules, después quise que estas mariposas brillaran asi que agregue un toque de luz en cada una de ellas, tambien se me ocurrió colocar luz detrás de la silueta y unas líneas brillantes azules acompañando a las mariposas. Finalice dándole los últimos toques con una edición donde mejore los colores a mi gusto dándole una tonalidad ligeramente mas fría y aumentando el contraste. > I detailed the torso and the broken part of the neck a little more, in this area I added some lights and shadows to create that broken skin effect, I painted the hair with a desaturated dark blue and then added some details with the same blue tone but a little lighter, I drew the silhouette of the butterflies and then painted one by one adding details with different shades of blue, then I wanted these butterflies to shine so I added a touch of light on each of them, it also occurred to me to place light behind the silhouette and some bright blue lines accompanying the butterflies. I finished giving it the final touches with an edition where I improved the colors to my liking giving it a slightly cooler tone and increasing the contrast.
