La Gaita
**La gaita** is a venezuelan genre origined on Zulia State, Venezuela. At first this genre was based on religious praises to St. Lucia of the north of Zulia, it also was used by african slaves as a protest during their journal work.
As time passed, this genre developed and nowadays there are many types of Gaitas, such as, **Gaita de Furro** and **Gaita de Tambora**.

Con el paso del tiempo este género se desarrolló y hoy en día hay muchos tipos de Gaita como, **Gaita de Furro** y la **Gaita de Tambora** .

# La Grey Zuliana
Is a Gaita of Furro composed by Ricardo Aguirre, who was born on 1939 on Zulia State, since he was a kid he was surrounded by musicians and music due to his family, he was also a politician, so it wasn't until he grew up that he started to compose. He was part of two famous venezuelan groups , those groups were the *Saladillos* and the *Cardenales del Éxito*. La Grey Zuliana was composed on 1968 and it's considerated one of the most famous gaita in the Venezuelan musical history.
> **La grey Zuliana** es una Gaita de Furro compuesta por Ricardo Aguirre, quien nació en 1939 en el Estado Zulia, desde pequeño estuvo ligado a los músicos y a la música por su familia, también fue político y no fue hasta su vejez que comenzó a componer, formó parte de dos famosos grupos venezolanos que fueron los *Saladillos* y *Cardenales del Éxito*. Este tema fue compuesto en 1968 y es considerado una de las gaitas más famosas de la historia musical venezolana.

For any venezuelan this song makes you feel identify, even though you aren't from the Zulia state, I like to think that this song, as many of venezuelan songs, is the good legacy of all those good times, and for those who had to leave the country, they have this everlasting memories, uniques and irrepeceable.
