As a new S-rank character, we have Hugo Black, an agent belonging to the Nightingale faction and their leader. Hugo is the new S-rank agent and the third Promotional Man to appear in the game. Hugo is an attacker-type character with an Ice element, being the second Ice attacker and the third Ice DPS we have in the game.
Hugo, being an attacking character, is the team's main DPS. What sets him apart from other attackers is his unique ability: while an enemy is stunned, Hugo can Break that stun, causing the enemy to shatter and take massive damage at once.
His normal attack deals ice damage when he has his scythe in his hand. His special ability stuns the enemy and shatters it when they are stunned. With his ultimate, he throws his scythe and breaks the enemy's steadfastness if they are stunned, dealing massive damage.
Huego is a pretty interesting character. He's a decent DPS player, but he falls short compared to Miyabi. Personally, I'm not interested in this agent, so I'll keep saving up for the 2.0 anniversary version.

Como nuevo personaje rango S tenemos a Hugo Black agente perteneciente a la facción de los ruiseñores siendo el su líder, Hugo es el nuevo agente rango S y el tercer Hombre promocional que sale en el juego, Hugo es un personaje de tipo atacante y de elemento Hielo siendo el segundo atacante de Hielo y el tercer DPS de Hielo que tenemos en el juego.
Hugo al ser un personaje atacante el es el DPS principal del equipo, pero lo que lo diferencia de otros atacantes es su peculiar habilidad, mientras que un enemigo este aturdido Hugo puede Romper ese aturdimiento lo cual hace que el enemigo se rompa y reciba mucho daño de golpe.
su ataque normal hace daño de hielo cuando tiene su guadaña en la mano, su habilidad especial aturde al enemigo y lo rompe cuando este este aturdido y con su definitiva lanza su guadaña y rompe la firmeza del enemigo si esta aturdido provocándole un gran daño.
Huego es un personaje bastante interesante es un DPS decente pero a comparación de miyabi se queda corto, en lo personal no me interesa este agente así que seguiré ahorrando para la 2.0 que será la versión del aniversario.
