Pigeons are birds that are already common and part of the urban landscape of the city, adapted to life in the city where they live near squares and places where there is a lot of influx of people and nearby trees where they can perch, although they also often use some spaces in houses or buildings as nesting areas.

These birds, symbols of peace, something we Venezuelans strongly desire, are peaceful and trusting birds that have grown accustomed to the presence of humans and see them as sources of food, approaching very close without fear. Even though they are nervous birds, they are nevertheless trusting and many eat even from the hands of the people who feed them or, as in the photo, between people's feet.

So, these pigeons seen in the photos are located near the entrance to Sabas Nieves, a very popular spot to enter the Avila and spend some quality time in contact with nature on the Ávila Mountain in Caracas. Although this place isn't as well-known for feeding the pigeons, Plaza Bolívar is also very popular for taking a stroll with your partner, eating ice cream or popcorn, and feeding the pigeons or squirrels you find there.

Las palomas son aves que son ya común y parte del paisaje urbano de la ciudad, adaptadas a la vida en la ciudad en donde viven cerca de plazas y sitios donde allá mucha afluencia de personas y arboles cerca donde posarse aunque también suelen usar de zonas para anidar algunos espacios de casas o edificios.

Estas aves símbolos de paz, algo que los venezolanos deseamos con fuerza, son aves pacificas y confiadas, que se han acostumbrado a la presencia de los seres humanos y los ven como fuentes de alimentación, acercándose mucho sin miedo, aun cuando son aves nerviosas, sin embargo son confiadas y muchas comen hasta de la mano de las personas que los alimentan o como en la foto entre los pies de las personas.

Así estas palomas que se ven en las fotos que se localizan cerca de la entrada a Sabas nieves un sitio muy popular para entrar en el avila y pasar un buen rato en contacto con la naturaleza en la montaña del Ávila en caracas. Aun cuando este lugar no es tan conocido para ir a alimentar a las palomas esta también la plaza bolivar que es muy popular para ir a pasear con la pareja, comer un helado o cotufa y alimentar a las palomas o ardillas que allí se encuentren.
